WHICH PAYMENT OPTIONS CAN I USE ON ORDERS?

We want your purchase of items on Le Tutù Dance Items to be convenient and fast. The accepted payment methods are as follows:

  • Credit card through Paypal circuit.
  • Bank transfer
  • Prepaid cards such as Postepay
  • Scalapay

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

  • For national shipping the cost is €6.00
  • Shipments to remote locations have an additional surcharge of €6.00
  • For European shipments, costs start from €9.00 and vary depending on the areas from which you purchase.

WHEN IS SHIPPING FREE?

  • For sales to the public, shipping costs are free when the order reaches €40.00.
  • For sales to schools, theatres, companies, gyms etc., shipping costs are free when the order reaches €90.00.
  • These promotions are not valid for European shipments.
  • For remote locations, the fixed supplement of €6.00 remains.

WHAT TO DO IN THE EVENT OF CHANGES AND/OR RETURNS?

You can dispute your purchase within 7 days: send an email with the dispute notice and the related reason to info@letutudanza.it .
DL Dancewear brand products are made to order: (to make purchasing easier, each of these items has a size guide).
Therefore, it will not be possible to return or exchange such items unless they are defective.

Le Tutù does not provide refunds in cash: exchange of goods or shopping vouchers (full value of product).

To change and/or return the goods, the customer will be required to:

  1. Don’t use the articles
  2. Keep the products and their packaging intact
  3. Do not peel off the tags
  4. Pay the shipping costs for the material to be returned and/or exchanged

NB All discounted and/or on offer products (outlet area), tights and dance underwear cannot be returned and/or replaced under any circumstances

HOW LONG DO I RECEIVE THE GOODS?

Shipping times may vary depending on the products requested. They do not go beyond 15 working days: these particular products (such as costumes) have the necessary indications in the description.

Our couriers GLS and SDA ( Poste Italiane ) guarantee deliveries throughout Italy in 24H, 48H or at most 72H, depending on the areas from which the material is requested

For European or non-European shipments, delivery times vary.

NB Le Tutù will not be responsible for any delays caused by the courier.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Our couriers, GLS and SDA (Poste Italiane), make deliveries from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm to the indicated address and subject to acceptance by the receiving customer.
It will therefore not be possible:

  • Request delivery at specific times
  • Please provide the courier with alternative addresses
  • Leaving packages unattended.
    To facilitate the courier, please specify all the necessary information in the order notes to avoid mix-ups and/or delivery delays.
