The first step is to contact customer assistance by phone on 0817591676, with a whatsapp message on 3923869821 or by email at info@letutudanza.it and make a request.

You can dispute your purchase within 14 days, but any returns must first be approved.
Products must be returned in their original packaging.
We do not refund products damaged due to insufficient packaging.
NB Please use an external protective box to prevent damage during transportation.
The products of the DL Dancewear brand are not available immediately but are made at the time of order and in approximately 24/48 working hours.
Le Tutù has an in-house tailoring shop that allows the customer a wide choice of models, colors and sizes.
To facilitate the purchase of these products, inside each of them there will be a table (or size guide) with all the reference measurements.
Therefore, it will not be possible to return or exchange these items (unless they are defective).

NB All discounted and/or on offer products (outlet area) cannot be returned or replaced.
Tights and dance underwear cannot be returned and/or replaced under any circumstances: these products have the appropriate specifications in the description.

We do not make refunds in cash: exchange of goods or shopping vouchers (full product value).

In case of approval, the customer will have to pay the costs for the return and subsequently those for the new shipment (€6.00).
