We do not provide refunds in cash: exchange of goods or shopping vouchers (full value of product).

Products must be returned in their original packaging. We do not refund products damaged due to insufficient packaging.
Please use an external protective box to prevent damage during transportation.

Some products (DL Dancewear Clothing, Outlet Area, Tights) cannot be returned: for more information, please consult the Shipping and Deliveries menu.
